If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days from the receipt of your purchase, please return the item(s) to us. After 14 days, we will only honor exchanges up to 30 days. Be sure to email us at info@chicboutiqueathome.com for a return order number and we will expedite your refund, less shipping, as soon as we receive it, no questions asked!

If you receive an item from us that’s defective or an item was received an error on our part, we will refund the entire amount, including your shipping costs.

We want your shopping experience with us to be 100% satisfactory. The best compliments we can receive is your referral to your friends and family so don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

Flat rate of $7.95 for items up to $150.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and PayPal. Please note that orders WILL NOT be shipped until payment is cleared. Upon clearance of payment, we will ship items within 24-48 hours.
